Start with the news release Trend improves the MC2+ ADSL tester from Trend Communications, which we summarised at the time by saying "Trend Communications has enhanced the hand-held MC2+ ADSL tester with new features including impulse noise protection compatibility.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Belgacom uses Ikanos chipsets in infrastructure from Ikanos Communications: "Ikanos Communications has announced that Belgacom is using central officer (CO) and customer premises equipment (CPE) based on Ikanos's chipsets as part of its VDSL2 network infrastructure.".

".
