We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Battery chargers", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Briefings explain EuP Directive requirements from Electronics Knowledge Transfer Network, which we summarised at the time by saying "The Electronics KTN commissioned international environmental consultancy Environ to write strategic briefings for each of the product groups covered by the EuP Directive". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release DC/DC and AC/DC modules make rugged supplies from Schaefer: "Robust design uses industrial grade components and provides a high-density space-saving system for applications in industries such as railway controls and communications".

In November 2007, we covered the news from VxI Power concerning its BCL series chargers - take a look at Battery chargers suit industrial systems which says: "Chargers produce a regulated and filtered voltage that allows them to be connected to a battery for extended periods without overcharging or damaging the battery".

Take a look also at the news release from Schaefer, Supply family spans DC/DC, AC/DC and chargers, as well as Single-chip inverter in electroluminescent drive from Maxim Integrated Products, and Chargers secure DC supplies from Devlin Electronics.
