We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "BiCMOS process", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Navigation receiver claims universal application from Maxim Integrated Products, which we summarised at the time by saying "The MAX2769E/W is the first navigation satellite system receiver to cover GPS (L1 C/A code and P-code), WAAS, Egnos, Galileo and Glonass navigation satellite systems". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Operational amplifiers provide signal conditioning from National Semiconductor: "The LMP7707 single, LMP7708 dual, LMP7709 quad, LMP7717 single and LMP7718 dual are the latest additions to the National Semiconductor's PowerWise range".

In September 2007, we covered the news from National Semiconductor concerning its LMP7731 single and LMP7732 - take a look at Op amps offer low noise and high accuracy which says: "National's LMP7731 single and LMP7732 dual precision op amps provide low input voltage noise of 2.9nV/(rt)Hz with a 1/f noise corner of only 3Hz".

Take a look also at the news release from Maxim Integrated Products, Wi-Fi transceiver takes more onboard, as well as Programmable gain amp claims top precision from National Semiconductor, and GPS chip covers Galileo and Glonass too from Maxim Integrated Products.
