We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Bluetooth profiles", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Bluetooth IC makes photo frames multimedia from Cambridge Silicon Radio, which we summarised at the time by saying "Reference design for digital photo frames allows the frame to not only receive pictures but also to play audio streamed via Bluetooth, providing a richer experience for the consumer". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Bluetooth IC puts music and hands free on the road from Cambridge Silicon Radio: "BlueCore5-Multimedia supports most Bluetooth profiles needed for a car application, such as the Bluetooth Audiovisual Remote Control Profile".

In December 2007, we covered the news from Free2move concerning its F2M03MLA - take a look at Bluetooth module gains audio headset firmware which says: "Firmware for the F2M03MLA multimedia Bluetooth module simplifies connection to mobile phones incorporating the latest Bluetooth audio technology".

Take a look also at the news release from Broadcom Corp, Single-chip Bluetooth goes further and faster, as well as Bluetooth chip to enhance desktop datarates from Atheros Communications, and Motorola adopts multimedia Bluetooth chip from Cambridge Silicon Radio.
