Start with the news release EDA market grows on all fronts from EDA Consortium, which we summarised at the time by saying "The electronic design automation industry raised revenues of US $1493 million during Q4 of 2006, a 19% increase over Q4 2005". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release PCB design services come onboard from Yamaichi Electronics: "Range of products and services is now being extended to include PCB design for all types of test builds and test applications".
