We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Digital baseband", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Radio processors add half-duplex 4FSK modem from CML Microcircuits, which we summarised at the time by saying "Provides a complete digital baseband processing and data solution when used in conjunction with a suitable host microcontroller and RF circuit". The same day, we featured the news release Analysers provide live RF view of the spectrum from Tektronix: "Unprecedented RF signal discovery capability for a broad range of digital RF applications including RFID, radiocommunications and spectrum management".

In November 2007, we covered the news from CML Microcircuits concerning its CMX7031 and CMX7041 - take a look at Radio processors add modem functionality which says: "Complete two-way radio processors meet all current and future global market requirements via flexible Function Image updates".

Take a look also at the news release from Broadcom Corp, Single-chip Edge multimedia processor for Nokia, as well as Joint venture creates novel baseband for 3.5G from NEC, and Programmable radio SoC takes (remote) control from Cypress Semiconductor.
