We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "DQFN", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Translators enable design independence from Fairchild Semiconductor, which we summarised at the time by saying "Low-voltage dual-supply voltage translator increases design flexibility by allowing designers to control the direction of each bit individually". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Small claims for USB 2.0 switch from Fairchild Semiconductor: "The FSUSB23 is billed as the smallest single-port USB 2.0 High-Speed analogue switch in a MicroPak chip scale package".

In June 2005, we covered the news from Fairchild Semiconductor concerning its FSAV433 - take a look at Three-port video switch boasts big bandwidth which says: "The FSAV433 is billed as the industry's first high-bandwidth three-port 3:1 video switch".

Take a look also at the news release from Fairchild Semiconductor, Analogue switch speeds to USB 2.0 bandwidth, as well as BiCMOS logic shrinks into DQFN packages from NXP Semiconductors, and Switches turn to high-resolution displays from Fairchild Semiconductor.
