An Electronicstalk guide

Start with the news release DC/DC controller is ideal for portable instruments from Linear Technology, which we summarised at the time by saying "Linear Technology has introduced the LTC3868/-1, a low quiescent current, two-phase dual output synchronous step-down DC/DC controller.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Campbell Collins demonstrates Ericsson converters from Campbell Collins: "Campbell Collins is able to demonstrate Ericsson Power Modules' range of digitally controlled DC/DC converters and point-of-load voltage regulators using the 3E evaluation kit and software.".

In March 2010, we covered the news from E-con Systems - take a look at E-con COM features 2D graphics controller which says: "E-con systems has launched the eSOM300, a computer-on-module (COM) based on Marvell's PXA300 processor.".

Take a look also at the news release from Gresham Power Electronics, ATS is solution to high-integrity no-break power, as well as 4DSP boards use FPGA mezzanine card standard from 4DSP, and Baolab NanoEMS constructs MEMS within CMOS wafer from Baolab Microsystems.
