We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Function generator", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Upgrade for arbitrary/function generators from TTi (Thurlby Thandar Instruments), which we summarised at the time by saying "Generators provide a maximum sampling speed of 250Gsample/s, which is much higher than competing units in the same price bracket". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Virtual instrument software upgrades acquisition from Adept Scientific: "TracerDAQ Pro is a software combination of four virtual instrument applications designed for data acquisition professionals".

In July 2007, we covered the news from Tektronix concerning its TDSHT3 software - take a look at HDMI compliance tests come up to date which says: "Tektronix reckons it now offers the most complete and cost effective test suite for performing HDMI 1.3b compliance testing".

Take a look also at the news release from B+K Precision, Function generator runs from 0.1Hz to 10MHz, as well as Acquisition software has professional appeal from Measurement Computing, and USB instruments boast bench functionality from Rapid Electronics.
