Start with the news release Baolab NanoEMS constructs MEMS within CMOS wafer from Baolab Microsystems, which we summarised at the time by saying "Baolab Microsystems has launched a new technology to construct nanoscale micro electro mechanical systems (MEMS) within the structure of the CMOS wafer using standard, high-volume CMOS lines.". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Toshiba introduces bridge chips for mobile phones from Toshiba Electronics: "Toshiba Electronics has launched three bridge chips for use in mobile phones.".
 
In January 2010, we covered the news from Anritsu - take a look at Anritsu to exhibit tools for LTE networks which says: "Anritsu will showcase a variety of tools for LTE networks at Mobile World Congress on 15-18 February in Barcelona, Spain.".
