We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Headphones", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Buffer keeps noise out of audio applications from National Semiconductor, which we summarised at the time by saying "The LME49600 can respond to highly dynamic inputs, accurately reproducing these signals without degrading them by adding distortion". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Audio processor runs HD algorithms from AMI Semiconductor: "The BelaSigna 250 audio processing system from AMI Semiconductor now runs certified versions of SRS Labs' WOW HD algorithm".

In January 2008, we covered the news from STMicroelectronics concerning its STA331 audio processor - take a look at Processor offers audio flexibility which says: "A complete library of algorithms has been developed to improve the listening experience of both musical and video content".

Take a look also at the news release from Wolfson Microelectronics, Active cancellation keeps headphones quiet, as well as Digital wireless audio IC handles high definition from STS, and Power management product cuts space required from Wolfson Microelectronics.
