We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Heatsink", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Quiet coolers keep latest processors in spec from Nexus Technology, which we summarised at the time by saying "Processor coolers combine heatsink structure with heat pipes that require only little airflow to perform, thereby keeping the noise level at a bare minimum". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Convertors handle 12 and 24V inputs from Vicor UK: "Wide-input DC/DC convertors are suitable for use with battery systems, both in vehicles and in man-portable applications".

In January 2008, we covered the news from Sundance Multiprocessor Technology concerning its SMT370-I - take a look at Modular FPGA and DSP power goes industrial which says: "Analogue interface module is redesigned with industrial-rated components and a new thermal design that doubles as a Faraday cage for shielding purposes".

Take a look also at the news release from Linear Technology Corp, Controller cuts step-up designs down in size, as well as Convertors are compact and lightweight from Aimtec, and High power devices are made for RF and microwave from IRC Advanced Film Division.
