We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "IEEE1149", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Boundary scan is optimised for flying probes from Goepel Electronic, which we summarised at the time by saying "Tools enable an unrivalled level of interaction between flying probe access and boundary scan access for board level test applications, embracing all phases of IEEE1149.1 applications". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Boundary-scan system supports Intel's IBIST from Asset InterTech: "IBIST leverages the boundary-scan IEEE1149.1 specification as the hardware and software communication methodology for accessing and controlling its embedded on-chip capabilities".

In April 2007, we covered the news from IEEE P1581 Working Group - take a look at Standards working group calls for feedback which says: "The IEEE P1581 has set up its working group to define a low-overhead design-for-test methodology to be implemented in memory devices".

Take a look also at the news release from Goepel Electronic, Space robots tested using Scanflex JTAG products, as well as Distributors take boundary scan to 21 countries from XJTAG, and Tundra takes quick route to IEEE1149.6 from LogicVision Europe.
