‘Inductors’

An Electronicstalk guide

Start with the news release Premo inductors target telecom power supplies from Premo, which we summarised at the time by saying "Premo has launched its PBP19 series of inductors designed for DC/DC converters and telecom power supplies up to 500W. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Buck regulator features controlled architecture from Linear Technology: "The LTC3601 is a high-efficiency, 4MHz synchronous buck regulator from Linear Technology that incorporates a controlled frequency, current mode architecture. ".

In March 2010, we covered the news from Trigon Components - take a look at Trigon announces low-profile power inductor which says: "Trigon has introduced its IRHL2D10P (3x3x1mm) low-profile power inductor. ".

Take a look also at the news release from Linear Technology, Switching regulator has burst-mode operation, as well as TFC launches semi-encapsulated power inductors from Total Frequency Control, and Buck regulator has programmable current limit from Linear Technology.
