We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Integrated circuit", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Power switches protect USB connections from Texas Instruments (April 2006-), which we summarised at the time by saying "Protects an input voltage supply against potential short-circuit conditions that may occur when using a USB connection". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Analogue IC takes adjustable resistors onboard from Microbridge: "The MBSTC-02 incorporates low-noise operational amplifiers with Rejustors to provide precise signal conditioning with integrated temperature correction".

In January 2008, we covered the news from JDSU concerning its JDSU TOSA - take a look at Small transceivers receive full tunability which says: "JDSU's TOSA brings full band tunability to pluggable small form factor transceivers that previously only supported one to two wavelengths".

Take a look also at the news release from IMEC, Video decoding receives efficiency boost, as well as STARC adopts statistical timing signoff tool from Synopsys, and IC partnership targets touch technology from AMI Semiconductor.
