Start with the news release Goepel develops Juliett family of JTAG testers from Goepel Electronic, which we summarised at the time by saying "Goepel Electronic has announced the development of Juliett (JTAG unlimited tester): a family of completely integrated standalone production testers. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release IAR announces support for Stellaris MCUs from IAR Systems: "IAR Systems has announced that IAR Embedded Workbench for ARM and IAR Powerpac for ARM feature support for Texas Instruments' ARM Cortex-M3-based Stellaris microcontroller (MCU) family.".
 
In May 2009, we covered the news from Computer Solutions - take a look at Abatron debugger gets development support which says: "Computer Solutions has announced that development support for microprocessor devices based on the ARM Cortex architecture is available on its Abatron BDI3000 high-speed debugger.".
