Start with the news release Case is cool home for small server designs from ENLight UK, which we summarised at the time by saying "ATX midi tower case is CEB server board compatible for the entry-level server market". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Alliance brings sound generator to volume from Tower Semiconductor: "Tower Semiconductor has collaborated with Modiotek to successfully introduce a 32-polyphony sound generator for ultra-low-cost handsets".
 
In December 2006, we covered the news from Analog Devices concerning its SoftFone-LCR+ chipset - take a look at Chipset expands portfolio of TD-SCDMA technology which says: "Second-generation chipset is designed for developers of advanced multimedia mobile handsets based on the 3G TD-SCDMA Low Chip Rate (LCR) air interface".
 
Take a look also at the news release from LSI Europe, Processor promises cost-efficient multimedia, as well as DSPs bring back classic analogue audio from Analog Devices, and Synthesiser and streamer runs on DSP audio board from Texas Instruments (April 2001-March 2006).
