Start with the news release Handheld connector combines SIM and microSD cards from JAE Europe, which we summarised at the time by saying "The ST5 series connector stacks the SIM card and the push/push microSD card vertically to reduce board-space requirements in mobile phone handsets". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Middleware supports WMA 10 Professional M0 profile from Renesas Technology Europe: "Decode middleware aids the development of applications for mobile phone handsets employing the SH-Mobile application processor".
