We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "MOS", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Gate driver IC resists negative voltage from International Rectifier, which we summarised at the time by saying "International Rectifier's IRS26302D incorporates negative voltage immunity circuitry to protect the system from catastrophic events such as high-current switching and short-circuit conditions". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Gate driver ICs provide rugged solution from International Rectifier: "International Rectifier IRS2336xD gate driver ICs are suitable for three-phase applications that require industrial level ruggedness".

In August 2007, we covered the news from CML Microcircuits concerning its CMX618 - take a look at Vocoder IC exploits Spirit's voice technologies which says: "The CMX618 is a flexible, half-duplex, highly integrated RALCWI vocoder IC suited to both wireless and wireline voice applications".

Take a look also at the news release from Zetex, LED driver is flexible about light and heat, as well as MOSFET relays make space for more from Omron Electronics, and Versatile network analyser available for rent from Electro Rent Europe.
