We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "MOSFET driver", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Programmable LED driver removes need for binning from Maxim Integrated Products, which we summarised at the time by saying "Because of its sophisticated programming capabilities, the MAX16816 overcomes many problems and design limitations in older generation LED drivers". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Dimming driver is bright answer for LEDs from Maxim Integrated Products: "Flexible HB LED driver is ideal for applications that require a wide dimming-control range, such as interior and exterior automotive lighting".

In May 2007, we covered the news from Maxim Integrated Products concerning its MAX16831 - take a look at High-power LED driver targets automotive uses which says: "High-voltage high-power constant-current LED driver offers both analogue and PWM dimming".

Take a look also at the news release from ON Semiconductor, Resonant mode controller has drivers and VCO, as well as Buck controller drives DrMOS power devices from Semtech, and MOSFET driver delivers automotive voltages from Vishay Siliconix.
