We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "PCI controller", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Teradyne board tester gains boundary scan from Goepel Electronic, which we summarised at the time by saying "Cascon Galaxy can access and use the probes in the Spectrum 8800 bed-of-nails adapter for driving and measuring circuit nodes". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Data I/O cards use opto-isolation to counter noise from Adlink Technology: "High-density data I/O cards have a high tolerance for noise with up to 128 opto-isolated channels for applications such as industrial I/O control, large-scale test and measurement, and relay control".

In September 2006, we covered the news from Goepel Electronic concerning its Boundary scan option for Spea 3030 - take a look at In-circuit tester adds boundary scan option which says: "Goepel Electronic and Spea have developed a next generation boundary scan option for the Spea 3030 in-circuit tester (ICT)".

Take a look also at the news release from Goepel Electronic, Flying probe testers work with boundary scan, as well as Programmable bridge is a friend for PXA from QuickLogic, and Programmable controller bridges gap for PXA from QuickLogic.
