We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Power amplifier module", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Power amplifier module covers five bands from Anadigics, which we summarised at the time by saying "The Anadigics AWT6223 UMTS/Edge penta-band power amplifier module is used by Samsung in its SGH-I520 smartphone designed for the European market". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Wireless modules make more of USB from Cypress Semiconductor: "Cypress Semiconductor Corp and Artaflex have developed new WirelessUSB LP modules that easily enable wireless connectivity to a wide range of applications".

In June 2006, we covered the news from Fairchild Semiconductor concerning its FMPA2151 - take a look at Dual-band amplifier saves space onboard which says: "A highly integrated dual-band WLAN power amplifier module is optimised to increase performance and reduce PCB footprint in the latest 802.11a/bg WLAN applications".

Take a look also at the news release from Mimix Broadband, Ku-band power amp comes in plastic package, as well as Dual-band power amp boosts 3G efficiency from Fairchild Semiconductor, and Power amp puts cellular kit on test from MRC Components.
