We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "PowerPC", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release cPCI board toughens up for space duties from Aitech Defense Systems, which we summarised at the time by saying "The S950 offers extreme protection against single event upsets, making it ideal for a variety of low earth orbit, Mars terrestrial and geocentric orbit applications". The day before, we featured the news release XMC mezzanine card provides high-end graphics from Thales Computers: "The XMC-G72 offers 128Mbyte on-chip GDDR3 memory, as well as the low power dissipation of the M72-CSP128 graphics controller from AMD/ATI technology".

In February 2008, we covered the news from Emerson Network Power Embedded Computing concerning its MVME7100 VMEbus single-board computer - take a look at SBC preserves backwards compatability which says: "The MVME7100 gives OEMs the flexibility to support varying I/O requirements with the same base platform, simplifying maintenance".

Take a look also at the news release from Green Hills Software, Development package supports Power Architecture, as well as Board support package meets avionics needs from Sysgo, and VMEbus board provides serial resources from Pentek.
