We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "PWM controller", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Power amplifier preserves audio quality from STMicroelectronics, which we summarised at the time by saying "STMicroelectronics' STA510F amplifier preserves the full audio quality of the PWM input signal, providing a cost-effective output stage for demanding but price- sensitive applications". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Efficient convertor boosts power density from Solid State Supplies: "Synchronous buck power convertor uses a novel low-voltage technique that enables high-frequency switching with high gate drive".

In September 2007, we covered the news from Linear Technology Corp concerning its LTC3873 - take a look at Controller cuts down power convertor designs which says: "Current-mode PWM controller contains all the features necessary to design high-efficiency single-ended isolated and nonisolated flyback convertors rated up to 25W".

Take a look also at the news release from STMicroelectronics, Touch sensors need no MCU for control, as well as Controller creates wide-input supplies from Linear Technology Corp, and Controllers cut notebook power from ON Semiconductor.
