We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "QFP", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Pick and place system boosts capacity from Essemtec, which we summarised at the time by saying "Essemtec's new SMD pick and place machine allows faster loading/unloading of PCBs compared to systems without a conveyor". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release Audio DSP supports Dolby Volume from Cirrus Logic: "Dolby Volume technology enables consistent volume levels from television content, such as blaring commercials, or while switching channels".

In November 2007, we covered the news from Exar concerning its XR16V598 and XR16V698 - take a look at UARTs expand design options which says: "Each device has a global interrupt status register that allows the interrupt service routine to quickly identify and service the channels that are pending".

Take a look also at the news release from Renesas Technology Europe, Cost-effective microcontrollers suit white goods, as well as New generation TV processor released from Micronas USA, and MCUs are made for in-circuit program upgrades from Solid State Supplies.
