Start with the news release VxWorks system supports Pentek 4207 processor from Pentek, which we summarised at the time by saying "Pentek has released Wind River's VxWorks operating system support for its Model 4207 processor board for high-performance I/O and data-acquisition systems. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Stratix development kit launched by Altera from Altera Europe: "Altera has announced the availability of the Stratix IV GX FPGA development kit.".
 
In March 2009, we covered the news from IDT - take a look at IDT adds 80KSW0006 to CPS family which says: "Integrated Device Technology (IDT), a provider of mixed-signal semiconductor solutions, has introduced the latest member of the IDT family of central packet switches (CPSs).".
