Start with the news release Knitter Switch announces rotary coding switches from Knitter Switch, which we summarised at the time by saying "Knitter Switch has introduced a series of rotary coding switches for designers of industrial and building automation systems and measuring instruments. ". Several months prior to that, we featured the news release Solder paste improves print cycle time from Cookson Electronics: "Cookson Electronics has launched Alpha CVP-360 Pb-free, no-clean solder paste formulated with its economical low-Ag SACX 0807 and 0307 alloys. ".
 
In July 2009, we covered the news from Avago Technologies - take a look at ASMT-Jx3x 3W LED provides 165-degree viewing angle which says: "Avago Technologies has introduced the ASMT-Jx3x bright 3W LED for use in a range of solid-state lighting applications. ".
