We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "SDRAM controller", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release ARM tools are optimised for Atmel MCU from Crossware Products, which we summarised at the time by saying "Development suite allows developers to rapidly exploit the advanced features of the Atmel AT91SAM9263". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Microcontroller drives colour displays from Toshiba Electronics Europe: "Low-power 32bit MCU combines high-level processing, high-capacity memory and a colour LCD controller in a compact 20 x 20mm package".

In April 2007, we covered the news from Oxford Semiconductor concerning its OXE800 - take a look at NAS controllers are easy to interface which says: "Network-attached storage controllers integrate Gigabit Ethernet MAC and PCI ports, making them accessible to client devices connected via Ethernet or 802.11 Wi-Fi networks".

Take a look also at the news release from Mosaid, Memory controller and PLL IP move down to 65nm, as well as Amba Platform IP runs on structured ASICs from eASIC Corp, and PowerPC SoC embeds more functions from AMCC.
