We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "SDRAM memory", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release IP integration provides bandwidth for digital TV from Synopsys, which we summarised at the time by saying "The integration of the DesignWare DDR Protocol Controller IP and the Arteris NoC solution provide designers with memory traffic bandwidth and quality of service". A few weeks before, we featured the news release ADCs and FPGA enhance multiband transceiver from Pentek: "Pentek has significantly boosted analogue performance in the Model 7141 so that the signal-to-noise ratio and the spurious free dynamic range are improved".

In December 2007, we covered the news from MEN Mikro Elektronik concerning its A17 - take a look at VMEbus board accelerates data throughput which says: "Advanced technology offers exceptional performance levels while maintaining backwards compatibility with older standards, such as VME64X and VME".

Take a look also at the news release from Kozio, Software supports custom PowerPC designs, as well as Memory controller and PLL IP move down to 65nm from Mosaid, and DSP cuts power to new lows from Texas Instruments (April 2006-).
