We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "SRAM", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Sensor chip detects motion from Elmos Semiconductor, which we summarised at the time by saying "Up to four emitters and one compensator can be controlled with Elmos' E909.05 sensor interface chip". Earlier in the week, we featured the news release Metering systems boost efficiency in Russia from Texas Instruments (April 2006-): "The Mercury AMM system for electrical power distribution networks uses TI controller technology to provide automated data collection directly from consumer energy meters over power lines".

In January 2008, we covered the news from Ramtron International concerning its FM3127x/L27x - take a look at Processor companion brings more to the party which says: "Companion devices with up to 256Kbit of ferroelectric RAM include a more efficient trickle charger and a real-time clock that requires only a standard 12.5pF external watch crystal".

Take a look also at the news release from Mouser Electronics, Kit gets started on low-power programmable devices, as well as FPGAs cut both static and dynamic power from Actel Europe, and USB-to-LAN ICs are easy route to embedded Ethernet from Asix Electronics Corporation.
