We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "Thermocouples", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release USB data acquisition devices from Measurement Computing, which we summarised at the time by saying "The USB-1616HS series modules ship with an array of software, including the new TracerDAQ data logging, viewing and analysis application". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Acquisition offers 24bit ADC from Audon Electronics: "The LabJack UE9-PRO has all the functions of the standard LabJack UE9 but with the addition of a high-resolution 24bit ADC".

In March 2007, we covered the news from Linear Technology Corp concerning its LTC2499 - take a look at ADC features novel front-end design which says: "16-channel delta-sigma analogue-to-digital convertor communicates via an I2C-compatible serial interface and includes a unique analogue input architecture".

Take a look also at the news release from Linear Technology Corp, Convertor takes temperature onboard, as well as In-amp maintains DC precision over gain from Analog Devices, and Portable data logger is ready for IPv6 from Yokogawa Europe - Test and Measurement.
