We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "USB controller", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release Wireless USB controller meets UWB specs from LucidPort Technology, which we summarised at the time by saying "Harnessing WiMedia UWB technology, the L800 interoperates with other wireless USB products at transfer speeds reaching up to 480Mbit/s". A couple of weeks before, we featured the news release OLED development hosted on PC platforms from Densitron Display Solutions: "Kit comprises an OLED display, a USB controller card, a mini USB cable, an interchangeable OLED display card and a CD with software applications and drivers".

In December 2007, we covered the news from Cypress Semiconductor concerning its EZ-USB FX2LP USB controller - take a look at USB controller drives H.264 reference designs which says: "The new Crusher and Crusher-Capture reference designs accelerate the H.264 video encoding process up to 5x faster than real time".

Take a look also at the news release from PLX Technology Europe, Peripheral controller puts HD TV tuner on USB, as well as Microcontroller drives colour displays from Toshiba Electronics Europe, and LCD monitor eases display integration from BVM.
