We see from your search that you're looking for information on the term "ZIF", and we have a large number of manufacturers' news releases and technical articles here on Electronicstalk which will be of interest. Let me be your guide.

Start with the news release OLED module drops in for replacement from GPEG International, which we summarised at the time by saying "2.7in graphics OLED module is a direct replacement for recently discontinued Osram devices". A few weeks before, we featured the news release Extension cable takes probes to extremes from Agilent Technologies Europe: "Probing solution enables oscilloscope measurements in environmental chambers and in other settings with extreme temperature conditions".

In September 2007, we covered the news from PMC-Sierra concerning its Mobile WiMAX femtocell reference design - take a look at MIMO WiMAX chip drives femtocell designs which says: "Integrated reference design combines Sequans' new SQN2130 basestation ASIC with PMC-Sierra's new PM8800 WiZIRD 2Tx/2Rx RF IC".

Take a look also at the news release from PMC-Sierra, WiMAX chips take MIMO onboard, as well as Controllers cover resistive and capacitive touch from Review Display Systems, and Springs bring superior electrical performance from Smiths Interconnect - Hypertac.
