What is it?

EMC components:

Electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) refers to the degree to which an electronic system is able to function compatibly with other electronic systems and not be susceptible to or produce electromagnetic interference (EMI). EMC components include chip beads, three-terminal and common-mode filters and varistors.
