Differential chokes cover an extra-wide
range
The newly expanded VSM Range of differential EMC inductors offers designers an extra-wide range of chokes to help avoid design compromises.
The philosophy of Almag has always been to offer the customer the widest possible choice of choke, rather than having to compromise their design by choosing from a very restricted range of "catalogue" types The newly expanded VSM Range of differential EMC inductors meets this aim, offering all of the normal inductance and current ratings and mounted on the industry-standard pinned base, but with extra types added for 1.5, 2.5, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 and 12A ratings
The whole range covers current ratings from 1 to 12A, with differential inductances of up to 1.1mH.
Almag can supply a datasheet by e-mail, together with a tech-tip giving hints on how to get the most out of both common-mode and series-mode chokes, either singly or combined together in EMC suppression filter circuits.
