Following the restructure, Mike Driver, General Manager, Micromark C and CD and Nick Milas, General Manager, Silicon Concepts, will report into Graham McBeth, who reports into Martin Kent.

Graham McBeth is a Group Board member, and will continue to act as General Manager for Abacus Polar, while a replacement is sought.
