He was promoted to Sales Director in 1986, following two successful years as Sales Manager.
He joined Trident as a Sales Engineer in 1978 Grover, 48, has an electronics engineering background, starting his career as an apprentice at Thorn.
He has a business studies and marketing degree from Kingston University.
