Acquisition boosts wireless expertise

Following the acquisition, TDC will continue to operate as a separate company within the Abacus Group.
Jerry Sandys will continue as Managing Director of TDC reporting to Graham McBeth, Managing Director of Abacus ECD.
Martin Kent, CEO of Abacus Group, commented: "TDC brings to the Group a number of excellent niche franchises including Conexant and Navman and significantly strengthens our relationship with Siemens Wireless Modules".
