"We have been very pleased with the positive reception of our Solution Partners Programme, which was established as part of our continuing commitment to provide customers with comprehensive system solutions to ease the design of our programmable logic devices", said Yankin Tanurhan, Senior Director, Applications and IP Solutions at Actel.
"Each of our partners offers products and services to complement our FPGA devices, as well as our broad range of DirectCore and CompanionCore intellectual property".
"The addition of these five design service companies will provide additional products and design resources to enable our customers to simplify their designs and reduce design costs, risk and time to market".
Actel's Solution Partners Programme has 18 partners worldwide, all with proven experience with Actel's development tools and FPGA devices.
Product segments represented by the partners include embedded software, diagnostic hardware and turnkey design services as well as a broad selection of IP products.
The participating design services and consulting firms have design centres worldwide and specialise in a wide range of vertical applications.
All products and services offered by Actel's Solution Partners Programme are provided by the partners, who are responsible for pricing, warranty and technical support to customers.
New partners will be added on an ongoing basis.
