LCD driver test system doubles throughput
Addressing a surge in demand for liquid crystal displays, the Advantest T6371 offers twice the throughput offered by previous test systems.
As the latest member of the Advantest Flash testing family the T5771 is a high-throughput test system at rates up to 100MHz.
The system can test 64 x 18 I/O devices or 128 x 10 I/O devices over two test stations and uses a novel test array architecture to offer the lowest cost of test whilst optimising test times.
Each test station can be operated independently and may be considered to be an independent tester.
Stuart Ainslie, Product Manager Memory at Advantest (Europe) said Advantest was confident that the customer had chosen the optimum solution for engineering and production to test their nonvolatile memory, while acquiring the established and qualified support, which Advantest would offer as market leader in the memory testing market.
The system configuration was scalable and an engineering station for development and characterisation purposes was available.
Included in the system configuration was a comprehensive package of tools to support test program development and device evaluation.
