Award acknowledges satisfaction - again

VLSI Research has performed annual surveys of customer satisfaction among chip making equipment suppliers since the 1980s.
In announcing its survey results this year, VLSI Research noted that Advantest helps to "set the standard" in its category by placing in the 10 best every year since the 10 best started.
"Advantest's consistent track record in meeting its customers' needs over such a long time period demonstrates quite clearly how much we take on their business challenges as our own", states Nick Konidaris, president and CEO of Advantest America.
"Beyond that, Advantest's sustained focus on semiconductor manufacturers' needs highlights our innovativeness and flexibility, as the industry has changed not once, but several times, during the last 13 years", Konidaris adds.
