Infineon orders burn-in systems
Advantest Europe has received a purchase order for multiple units of JEC systems from one of its key customers, Infineon Technologies.

Advantest owns a substantial stake in JEC (Japan Electric Corp), while JEC continues to operate as an independent company and additionally will use the existing worldwide Advantest sales and support network outside of Japan.
JEC provides a wide range of burn-in products used by semiconductor manufacturers to accelerate and screen defects that would normally occur in the field.
JEC has extensive experience in all fields of this business; static, dynamic and test during burn-in as well as being closely involved in next generation wafer level burn-in systems.
