LCD driver test system doubles throughput
Addressing a surge in demand for liquid crystal displays, the Advantest T6371 offers twice the throughput offered by previous test systems.
Memory test system more than doubles its speed
The Advantest T5375 memory test system is capable of testing up to 128 devices simultaneously at speeds of either 143 or 286MHz DDR.
By providing a seamless integration of Advantest products and third party modules, users now have the ability to customise their test system to the specific needs of the device under test.
And, through standardisation of hardware and software platforms, the burden on test engineers to shorten the test development turn around time is reduced.
Whereas different test systems used to be required for testing MPUs, MCUs and RF devices, with a simple change of modules the T2000 can satisfy the needs of multiple device types.
The first T2000 test system, introduced in October 2003, is applicable for high-speed MPU and high-speed bus test.
Highly versatile, the T2000 uses a Windows 2000 based operating system and provides direct interface to EDA products.
The online debug environment is enhanced for instruments such as a logic analyser.
The T2000 series offers integrated device manufacturers a lower cost of test and evaluation, and gives fabless customers the flexibility to adjust to changing device requirements.
Furthermore, test house customers receive the benefit of lower risk of equipment obsolescence.
This test system is capable of meeting the needs from a variety of users and of providing a broad set of solutions to semiconductor manufacturers.
