Advantest (Europe) has appointed Gary Sheedy as its new Engineering Manager, based at the company's headquarters in Munich.

Advantest (Europe) has appointed Gary Sheedy as its new Engineering Manager, based at the company's headquarters in Munich.

He takes over the responsibilities for SAE memory, SAE SoC, factory integration and training, and will report directly to the Managing Director, Josef Schraetzenstaller.

Sheedy is 35 years old, has an engineering background and has many years of experience in the semiconductor industry.

He formerly worked as a General Manager in Product Development for Dynamic Controls as well as for Infineon Technologies in the UK and Siemens in the USA and Germany.

"We are very happy to have Gary Sheedy joining our management team in Munich and are looking forward to a great teamwork with him", says Schraetzenstaller.
