Advanced Interconnections has earned registration to ISO9001:2000, taking its well documented quality management system to the next level by focusing all efforts around meeting customer requirements.

Advanced Interconnections recently earned registration to ISO 9001:2000, taking its well documented quality management system to the next level by focusing all efforts around meeting customer requirements According to Raymond Prew, AIC's Quality Manager, "The new standard fits in well with the core competencies of AIC where the customer is of the highest concern

The new standard has changed to recognise customer inputs both when ordering product and after delivery of the product to ensure customer satisfaction.

By documenting customer inputs and customer feedback, the entire order cycle process runs more smoothly and the customer becomes an integral part of the our company by identifying opportunities for continuous improvement".

Since 1994, AIC has been registered to the ISO9001 standard.

With the advent of the new standard, all certified companies must focus on customer inputs and customer satisfaction.

AIC has embraced the new standard and customer feedback is now communicated throughout the organisation on a real-time basis.
