The NuPRO-842 is a full-sized PICMG 1.2 Pentium 4-based single board computer (SBC) using the Intel 845GV chipset.

The NuPRO-842 is a full-sized PICMG 1.2 Pentium 4-based single board computer (SBC) using the Intel 845GV chipset The NuPRO-842 supports a single Intel Pentium 4 processor or Mobile Intel Pentium 4 processor - M for high performance and dual Gigabit Ethernet ports for fast network throughput to meet the needs of industrial applications

The Intel Pentium 4 processor with Hyper-Threading Technology runs at a core speed of up to 3.06GHz and the Mobile Intel Pentium 4 processor - M runs at a core speed of up to 2.6GHz.

The Intel 845GV chipset operates the front-side bus at 400/533MHz with auto-select mode.

The NuPRO-842 provides standard I/Os, including RS232, printer port, EIDE, Ethernet, and video interfaces.

It also supports six USB 2.0 ports to easily connect peripherals such as mouse, keyboard, speakers etc.

Additionally, a miniPCI interface offers configuration flexibility for system integrators or OEMs.

Other features of the NuPRO-842 include: two 10/100/1000Mbit/s Ethernet ports supplied via the Intel 82540EM chip; two 184-pin DDR DIMM memory modules, supporting up to 2Gbyte RAM; and an 80-pin digital LCD interface supporting TTL/LVDS/DVI signal LCD monitors to provide the most options for system integration.

The NuPRO-842 Pentium 4-based SBC is designed to meet the needs of applications that require extraordinary computing performance and reliability.

It can run Windows 2000/XP, Linux etc operating systems, as well as embedded real-time applications.
