High-speed acquisition card uses budget
memory
The PCI-9820 is a high-speed data acquisition card specifically engineered for high-level applications, including military radar and ultrasonic signal acquisition.
The PCI-9820 is a high-speed DAQ card specifically engineered for high-level applications, including military radar and ultrasonic signal acquisition, digital broadcasting signal acquisition, and RF signal analysis (when used with a bandpass filter and down conversion) The PCI-9820 is a high-speed, high-resolution, high-capacity DAQ card equipped with two analogue inputs and a system synchronisation interface (SSI)

Acquisition cards perform many functions
Adlink's latest data acquisition cards provide a 10% increase in performance over the company's previous generation of multifunction DAQ cards.
CompactPCI CPU combines power and reliability
Optimised for stability and packaged in a rugged format, the cPCI-3920 is built to withstand even harsh environment.
The PCI-9820 provides 14bit resolution and can maintain single- and dual-channel sampling rates of 130 and 65Msample/s, respectively.
The two -3dB, 30MHz analogue ports provide adequate bandwidth to satisfy the Nyquist theory.
Input ranges (-1 to +1 or -5 to +5V) are selected via software.
Input impedance (50ohm or 1Mohm) is selected through solder points.
The PCI-9820 offers maximum analogue input flexibility for multiple front-end applications.
Most importantly, the PCI-9820 maintains the Adlink DAQ-2000 series design with automatic correction only a command away.
Analogue input channel correction is extremely clean without the hassle of tedious manual work.
The PCI-9820 card exceeds the 33MHz, 32bit PCIbus bandwidth through its single-channel dataflow, and so memory flexibility is very important.
The PCI-9820 is equipped with standard SODIMM SDRAM for high-speed storage and easy upgrades.
The PCI-9820 comes equipped with 64Mbyte of RAM, expandable to 512Mbyte, which can record several seconds of data at a single-channel sampling rate of 60Msample/s.
Besides using SDRAM for storage media, the PCI-9820 provides DMA transmission to instantaneously transfer data to system memory when the acquisition bandwidth is less than that of the PCIbus.
Even though other DAQ card manufacturers use onboard RAM, Adlink's PCI-9820 uses standard market RAM, making upgrades cheap and simple.
The PCI-9820 is also equipped with several triggering methods: software, analogue and digital.
Analogue triggering can be configured through numerous options, and digital triggering supports both rising- and falling-edge triggering.
The PCI-9820 also supports external clocking for simultaneous data acquisition across multiple cards.
As with Adlink's DAQ-2000 series, the PCI-9820 includes a system synchronisation interface (SSI).
Through the SSI bus, users can easily prepare synchronisation projects. Request a free brochure from Adlink Technology ...
