The cPCI-6811AA is also the industry's first CompactPCI board to use the ServerWorks LE-III chipset, which supports up to 2Gbyte of PC-133 registered SDRAM with ECC capability.
Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, featured by the Intel 82546EB Gigabit Ethernet controller, provide high-speed communications channels required for fault tolerance and redundancy.
As a 32/64bit, 33/66MHz CompactPCI system board, the cPCI-6811AA supports PICMG 2.16 packet switching backplane and PICMG 2.9 system management capabilities for high-end computing servers, telecommunication computers, and mission-critical applications.
