Adlink Technology will launch several new advanced motion control and embedded computing platform products during the Board Computer trade show in Japan The show runs from 19th to 21st April 2006 at Makuhari Messe, and Adlink will be on Booth 7412 in Hall 7

A live demonstration of the GEME-3000 general embedded machine engine and HSL-4XMO series High Speed Link will illustrate the company's innovative PC-based embedded platform designed for factory automation (FA) and machine automation (MA) system integrators, value-added resellers, and users that require a reliable system to run their industrial-specific solutions in hazardous production lines.

Adlink also provides a variety of solutions for customers needing optional extension PMC or PC/104 motion, vision, I/O, communication, or HSL modules.

High Speed Link is a distributed I/O technology designed for automation applications that is based on RS422 with transformer isolation, which is suitable for full or half-duplex, multidrop serial transmission.

HSL is a real-time system and it is the best choice for optimal high-speed and easy-wiring distributed I/O solutions.

Meanwhile, Adlink will also showcase the new GEME-5000 with the Intel Low Voltage Pentium M processor, with up to 1.4GHz.

In board level products, the company will show various form factors, including PICMG 1.3/1.2/1.0 single board computers, Micro ATX industrial motherboard, 6U/3U CompactPCI SBC, and ETX-IM333 and ETXexpress-IA533 computer-on-module (COM) products.

With the COM approach, all generic PC functions are readily available on an off-the-shelf compact module, allowing system developers to focus on their core competencies and the unique functions of the system. Request free introductory details about products from Adlink Technology ...
