Four-channel cards deliver express
performance
PCI Express x1 DAQ cards come with four-channel simultaneous-sampling capability and multifunctionality required for large-scale and high-speed data collection.
Billed as another first in data acquisition, Adlink Technology has unveiled the DAQe-2010 and DAQe-2016 PCI Express x1 DAQ cards with four-channel simultaneous-sampling capability and multifunctionality required for large-scale and high-speed data collection PCI Express delivers a point-to-point, serial I/O bus with each slot having a dedicated and scalable bandwidth that surpasses the limited throughput of the PCIbus

Acquisition cards perform many functions
Adlink's latest data acquisition cards provide a 10% increase in performance over the company's previous generation of multifunction DAQ cards.
CompactPCI CPU combines power and reliability
Optimised for stability and packaged in a rugged format, the cPCI-3920 is built to withstand even harsh environment.
The DAQe-2010 and DAQe-2016 cards deliver all the advantages of the PCI Express bus while featuring a maximum 2Msample/s (2010) and 800Ksample/s (2016) sampling rate per channel across the x1 lane, respectively.
The cards also support multiple card synchronisation through the SSI (system synchronisation interface) bus to support high-channel count DAQ applications.
With higher sampling rate and resolution, the DAQe-2010/2016 card is suitable for a variety of applications including industrial and laboratory automation, ultrasonic, acoustic, and bio-medical research.
"Adlink is devoted to advance data acquisition technologies, as more and more motherboards promote the PCI Express as their standard interface, users are likely to shift to using PCI Express cards not only because of their advantage in speed and bandwidth but also because they would want to maximise the use of these available slots", said James Gau, Adlink Vice-President for Test and Measurement.
In addition to the flexible analogue and digital trigger modes, the DAQe-2010/2016 card provides multifunctionality including a dual-channel 12bit, 1Msample/s analogue output; dual-channel 16bit, timer/counters; and 24 channels of TTL I/O.
The DAQe-2010/2016 card also comes with software auto-calibration to conveniently maintain accuracy for long-range measurements.
Rounding up DAQe-2010/2016 card features is a powerful WDM driver for C/C++, VB, Delphi, C++ Builder, and.NET programming languages and comprehensive device drivers for Matlab and LabView compatibility. Request a free brochure from Adlink Technology ...
